So what is that I bring to each training session? Firstly, I have over 30 years experience in this field. I’m a former Australian boxing champion so I know what it takes to achieve a fitness related goal. I am also a trained/qualified Occupational Therapist so am highly experienced in accommodating anyone with any short/long term disabilities &/or special needs.
My personally designed 8 week program will help you gain results yet essentially also involves learning boxing skills & associated training drills (that you will also have with you for life). Great training program shown to improve both physical along with mental health for many people within just 8 weeks!
The bonus too is that YOU don’t have to travel anywhere as I provide a MOBILE training service so will come to you (i.e. your home, workplace, local park etc) to conduct the training program personally designed to suit YOUR needs.
